The Health Club at The Fit Stop, Wasatch County’s premier FITNESS facility, offers a full complement of state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment.  With virtually all exercise disciplines covered, The Fit Stop Health Club has everything you need to help you achieve the shape that fits your healthy lifestyle choices.

Membership includes full access to the health club, including all group exercise classes, access to the yoga studio, and use of the warm therapeutic pool.  MEMBERSHIPS NOW INCLUDE DAYCARE AND ROCKWALL. You also receive a free personal fitness assessment with one of our NASM personal trainers who will help determine your fitness goals and help you understand what activities or programs can help you achieve your personal goals.

At The Fit Stop, we keep up-to-date with the fitness and nutrition industries.  We offer dotFIT nutritional products and supplements and endorse their virtual fitness programs online.  Every Fit Stop membership includes a FREE online membership with dotFIT, providing you with a great tool to help you achieve your nutritional and fitness goals.
