The Group Exercise studio at the Fit Stop Health Club is an AMAZING area designed to enhance the exercise experience for people looking to “get fit” in a class setting. The Fit Stop offers a diverse schedule of classes designed and choreographed for all our members to maximize their fitness needs. Our class schedule has a wide variety of choices that will energize anyone. Our teachers are dynamic and FUN!! Our Dedicated staff of nationally trained and certified instructors is always updating their knowledge and abilities with continuing education. The Fit Stop offers a wide range of cardio classes to get you moving!! Shape and tone your body with our Body Sculpting classes or choose a hardier kickboxing program where functional training meets high intensity aerobics, try Pilates to increase core strength or join one of our upbeat and fun step classes.

The Fit Stop strives to be on the cutting edge of new fitness, and the the latest craze that seems to be sweeping the country is Zumba, a Latin cardio dance program. “Ditch the workout and join the Party!!” Whatever your exercise of choice, the Fit Stop can help you get fit.

Indoor Cycling Studio

Indoor cycling, has quickly become one of the fastest growing fitness choices of people worldwide and has grown into a mega fitness trend.

Our classes are typically high energy cycling on Lemond cycles that maximizes interval and endurance training. Let our group cycling instructors lead you through 45 minutes of intense cardio.

Cycling is for everyone, at any age, at any level of fitness. Join a class and realize the enjoyment and benefits of this effective workout!
The indoor cycling studio is located on the mezzanine level of the Fit Stop.

Resistance/Cross Training

Our resistance classes will train the overall body through a combination of strength and cardio burst. You will work on strength, endurance, power and core. Classes are designed with an emphasis on functional training. We will target increasing muscle mass and lowering body fat by using a variety of equipment to continual challenge your body. Free weights, Body Bar, medicine balls, exercise balls, steps, rubber tubing and of course your own body weight. All classes will incorporate core and abdominal training and stretching.

Water Aerobics

Fit Stop water aerobics classes provide an atmosphere of safe resistance and aerobic training. These classes are ideal for anyone, whether fit, elderly, pre/post pregnancy and joint sensitive. Our one hour class is a great gravity free cardiovascular and resistance workout, that is fun and challenge, yet easy on your joints. Classes are designed to use water dumbbells, kickboards, noodles, bands and the resistance of the water to effectively strengthen and tone your body.

Group Power

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
